The akim of North Kazakhstan region Kumar Aksakalov wrote about that on his page in social networks.
“A new micro-district has appeared on the map of Yavlenka. A multi-storey building for socially vulnerable segments of the population has been built, where 27 people on the waiting list of Yesil district became new settlers. A whole street has appeared, consisting of 10 private houses for families from labor-surplus regions. Another 25 new houses will be built next year. There are also plans to build two high-rise buildings for the district’s waiting list. They will put up a children’s sports ground. The outline of a modern microdistrict for a comfortable stay is emerging," — the head of the region wrote. ⠀
Along with the regional center, we are increasing the pace of housing construction in the countryside. The volume of construction in rural areas has doubled over three years, from 52 thousand to 108 thousand square meters. In general, 300 thousand square meters will be commissioned in the region this year. These are 3 thousand apartments. More than 11 thousand North Kazakhstanis will celebrate housewarming.
