Active housing construction is underway in Petropavl

During a working tour of Petropavl, Akim of the region Gauez Nurmukhambetov inspected the progress of residential construction.

Specifically, he inspected the 72-apartment residential building on Zhumabayev Street, intended to accommodate residents of the Zarechny settlement. Completion and occupancy are scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year.

The head of the region also inspected the construction of a 54-apartment business-class commercial residential building at the intersection of Ismailov and Parkovaya Streets.

Contractors have been instructed to ensure strict adherence to deadlines and pay special attention to the quality of work performed at all stages of construction. Overall, approximately 215,000 square meters of housing are planned for completion in Petropavl by 2026.
