Nauryz in a new format: the grand opening ceremony held in a rural area for the first time

Akim of the region, Gauez Nurmukhambetov, took part in the Nauryz celebrations, which are being held in a new format this year.

For the first time, the grand opening of these large-scale events took place not in the regional center, but in a rural area – in the central square of the village of Yavlenka in the Yesil District.

The village is rightfully considered the foundation of the country, the custodian of traditions, culture, and age-old values. It is here that Nauryz is felt most deeply – as a celebration of renewal, unity, and the continuity of generations.

A distinctive feature of this year's celebration was the active implementation of digital technologies and artificial intelligence tools, giving the traditional holiday a contemporary feel. A modern digital environment is being developed in Yavlenka: a successfully operating IT center, where residents of the district, especially young people, master new technologies, acquire in-demand skills, and implement their own projects. For the holiday, the Koptev confectionery shop, opened with support from the "Auyl Amanaty" program, collaborated with IT center residents to develop a unique dessert using artificial intelligence, combining national traditions with modern approaches.

As part of the celebrations, the head of the region also visited the large Alzhanov family. Akzhan Aga and Kairzhan Apa raised six children and worked diligently in their native land for many years, making a significant contribution to the development of the region. Their life's work is a shining example of hard work, responsibility, and intergenerational continuity.
