Forest protection systems are being strengthened in the NKR – 51 units of new equipment have been delivered to forestry enterprises

✔️In the North Kazakhstan region, forestry enterprises in the region were ceremoniously presented with the keys to new specialized equipment. This large-scale upgrade of the forestry industry's material and technical resources has become one of the largest support measures ever.

✔️President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has repeatedly noted that environmental issues, conservation, and the sustainable use of natural resources require a systematic approach and responsibility from both the state and society. This issue is crucial for maintaining the ecological balance and sustainable development of the country.

✔️Through leasing through the Industrial Development Fund, 107 units of specialized equipment are being purchased for forestry enterprises in the region for a total of 3.6 billion tenge. The new equipment will be used to protect forests from fires, conduct forestry work, and maintain forest resources.

✔️Over the past three years, more than 800 million tenge has been allocated from the local budget to strengthen the material and technical infrastructure of forestry enterprises. These funds were used to purchase 79 units of specialized equipment and complete the construction of a forest fire station in the city of Bulayevo.
