The akim of North Kazakhstan region Kumar Aksakalov shared the news in social networks.
“Today, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yeraly Tugzhanov paid a working trip to North Kazakhstan region. During the visit, a new 200-bed infectious diseases hospital was opened in Petropavlovsk. The medical facility has been built for just 3 months,” — the head of the region wrote.
The new hospital meets modern standards and is equipped with high-tech equipment. These are ventilators, ultrasound, X-ray, and computed tomography. By the way, this is the sixth CT device in the region, which will make tomography even more accessible to the population. The new hospital has all the conditions for patients. Each bed in the comfortable wards is connected to oxygen.
The clinic has installed a new ventilation system, thanks to which air from the wards does not enter the corridor. This will prevent exposure of the nursing staff to infection.
“In a word, in the new infectious diseases hospital, patients will receive effective and high-quality treatment,” — the regional akim summed up.
