⚡️ Appointment

By agreement with the Civil Service Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan and by order of the Akim of the region, Alisher Zhanatovich Bespayev has been appointed head of the Department of Energy and Housing and Utilities of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan Region.

Alisher Zhanatovich is a native of Almaty. He graduated from Astana University and the International University of Information Technology.

He began his career in 2014 at NES Company LLP as an energy expert. Over the years, he served as chief expert and head of the Department of Public Utilities of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Utilities of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Prior to this appointment, he held the position of head of the Department of Water Supply and Sanitation of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Utilities of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
