Akim of the region fulfilled a New Year's dream

A large-scale "Become Santa Claus" campaign kicked off in the regional capital, with over 500 children from Petropavl participating. Anyone can give the children a true New Year's miracle – fulfill their cherished wish.

"I was also fortunate to be part of this kind initiative. I fulfilled the dream of Mansur and Zhanel Yelubayev. I really hope all of these wonderful children's wishes come true, and that the New Year brings them self-confidence, good health, joy, and great success. May all our children have many bright moments ahead, new goals, and confident steps toward their dreams. I think this campaign should become an annual event, and one that will extend throughout the region!" the akim remarked.
