The first phase of resettlement of residents of the village of Zarechny has begun in Petropavl

On Independence Day, a 90-apartment residential building was opened in the regional capital in the Zhas Orken microdistrict.

Forty families received the keys to their new apartments, and the remaining apartments will be occupied by the end of the year.

This is an important and necessary step for people who have lived in a flood-risk area for many years. The main goal is to provide residents with safe, comfortable, and stable living conditions.

Resettlement work will continue. Next year, another 72-apartment building is planned for the opening of Zarechny residents.
