"About 400 children with mental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders live in the region. Support for these children must be provided close to their families and in a comfortable environment. Therefore, opening the center in Petropavl is a priority for us. This is our joint project with the corporate foundation "Kamkorlyk Kory", under which the foundation will provide the center with modern equipment and necessary furniture," the head of the region noted.
Another center for children with special musculoskeletal needs will open in the village of Chkalova in the Taiynsha District. It will provide rehabilitation services to approximately 600 children from the Taiynsha, Akzhar, and Ualikhanov districts.
