An online reception of citizens

The akim of North Kazakhstan region Kumar Aksakalov held an online reception of citizens, where he answered the most important questions of the North Kazakhstanis.

An entrepreneur Yekpin Abiyev asked for help in solving licensing procedures for opening a roadside cafe. The head of the region promised to assist in that matter and support the business idea. ⠀

Then, the owner of an apartment in a house on 44 Zhambyl Street, Azamat Tleubergenov, turned to the head of the region. The citizen of Petropavlovsk was worried about the supply of electricity and the completion of repair work. The problem will be resolved as part of the contractors’ warranties. ⠀

There were also collective appeals from airport employees. Wage arrears have arisen due to the pandemic. The debt is repaid in stages. The airport itself will soon go through bankruptcy proceedings and become state property. Such a measure will allow preserving the air harbor and increasing the number of flights. ⠀

A resident of the village of Bugrovoye applied next. Yerlan Zhelkibayev asks the state for help to open a peasant farm. Kumar Aksakalov instructed the akim of Kyzylzhar district to resolve the issue and provide support to the future entrepreneur. ⠀

The pandemic has become an obstacle in the work of the racetrack. However, its activities will not be terminated.

“We must preserve our racetrack and promote the development of equestrian sports. Organize sections for children, where they can study, develop physically and not forget the ancient craft. I instruct the akim of Kyzylzhar district and the head of the department of physical culture and sports of the region to closely tackle this issue,” — the head of the region said.
