Memoranda of Cooperation between Tatarstan and North Kazakhstan region: Digitalization, Innovation, and Business Partnerships on the Path to Common Goals

"The head of state set the goal of introducing digitalization and artificial intelligence into key sectors within three years. Tatarstan, as a leader in digital transformation and innovation, will be an important partner in this process. To strengthen cooperation, memoranda of cooperation were signed between the Bashir Rameyev IT Park and North Kazakhstan Region Hub, as well as between Kazan Federal University and the M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University. These agreements will open up new opportunities for joint projects, developing the IT sector, and training highly qualified specialists," Gauez Nurmukhambetov noted.

Particular attention was paid to business initiatives and the implementation of joint investment projects. The Tatarstan Investment Development Agency is an example of successful investment attraction and business support.

"We plan to adapt this experience in our region as part of the Qyzyljar SEZ." "Furthermore, agreements were signed to supply products from our manufacturers to the Kazan Agro-Industrial Park, which will strengthen economic ties and increase brand awareness in the region," the akim of the region said.
