From today, residents and guests of the city will be greeted by the renovated station square. As part of the reconstruction, a new lawn was laid, fountains were restored, lighting was updated, and small architectural forms were installed. Old pavilions have been removed,” — the akim of the region wrote.

In the near future, it is planned to open 4 new squares at once:

• at the intersection of Kizatov and Khimenko streets;

• along Brusilovsky street;

• square near the new theater;

• an ecopark opposite the Karasai stadium;

• a large park in Bereke microdistrict. ⠀

An expansion of the Central Park will also be completed by the end of the year, in which a whole stadium with a full-fledged football field, various sports grounds and a roller track will appear.

The tendency to build new parks in Petropavlovsk will continue next year. In particular, an expansion is expected in the squares on Brusilovskiy and Zhukov streets. And for the residents of Yubileiny microdistrict, a stadium, sports grounds, exercise equipment, etc. will appear on the site of a foundation pit dug for the construction of a house in the Meshchansky forest. In addition, it is planned to build a large Sports Palace in the area of ​​the 8th school. A beautiful and modern park will appear nearby.
