The share of milk processing will grow to 50% in North Kazakhstan region

Kumar Aksakalov visited “MasloDel” plant. This production is the largest milk processing facility in the region. The range of products is about 70 items. In December, “MasloDel” will launch a new line for packaging milk and sour cream, which will add 8 more new product names.

With the commissioning of the new line, the capacity of the enterprise will increase from 88 to 120 thousand tons per year. Additionally, 85 new jobs will appear.

After the commissioning of the new line, the share of milk processing in the region will grow from 46% to 50%.

“We are currently producing 600 tons of cheese per year. The need for the region is 1700 tons. We will close the deficit thanks to the modernization of “Molochny Soyuz” plant. The installation of new equipment is underway. After launch, we will produce up to 2500 tons of products per year. The local market will be 100% provided with cheese and cheese products,” — the akim of North Kazakhstan region said.
