To support youth initiatives, the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been implementing the Tauelsizdik Urpaktary grant since 2021.
From June 16 to August 18, 2025, applications were accepted at T.URPAKTARY25@GMAIL.COM, which received 1,391 applications (130 in Science, 131 in Culture, 218 in Information Technology, 644 in Business, 145 in Media, and 123 in Volunteering). Following the audit, the organizers accepted documents from 186 people (the list can be found here: https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/mam/documents/details/856999?lang=ru).
Due to the large number of applications received, the Gmail email address for accepting applications was down and blocked starting at 5:00 AM on September 5, 2025. IT specialists worked to restore the email address, and inquiries were sent to Google's administration. However, the email address could not be restored.
Taking into account the aforementioned technical issues, applications will be accepted by email at T.ZAIAVKA2025@BK.RU from September 9 to September 19, 2025, until midnight.
Applications from the 186 people listed below do not require resubmission. The purpose of the grant is to provide state support for new initiatives and ideas aimed at developing a community of active, creative youth.
In 2025, 30 grants of 3 million tenge each will be awarded at the national level.
Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan aged 14 to 35 (34 years inclusive) are eligible to apply for the grant.
The grant is awarded on a competitive basis for projects in six areas:
