Subzone No. 3 covers an area of 160 hectares. Construction of 16 factories is planned there, and work is already underway at eight of them.
"These projects will not only give new impetus to the region's economic development but also create thousands of new jobs. The successful launch of production directly depends on the timely provision of utility infrastructure, so our task is to create all the necessary conditions for the effective operation of future enterprises," the akim of the region noted.
The subzone is currently supplied with water and electricity. Connection to the heating system is scheduled for completion by the end of this year. Road construction, storm drainage, and street lighting are also ongoing.
Two production facilities are planned to launch by the end of the year: a mushroom farm with a capacity of 2,400 tons per year and a compost plant with a production capacity of 4,000 tons per year. The implementation of these projects will fully meet the needs of the North Kazakhstan region, as well as border regions, for mushroom products.
