Legal assistance in one click

Recommendations on legal assistance to citizens have been implemented in eGov mobile and on the Unified Platform of Internet Resources of Government Agencies GOV.KZ

As part of the implementation of the ideology of "Law and Order", the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the Prosecutor General's Office, together with the Joint-Stock Company "National Information Technologies" and the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry, have implemented a router in the mobile application "eGov mobile" and on the Unified Platform of Internet Resources of Government Agencies GOV.KZ for providing legal assistance to citizens on issues of fraud, drug addiction, domestic violence, cyberbullying, bride kidnapping, scooter riders, and road accidents.

The updated services provide the population with simple and clear recommendations on legal risks and threats, tools for legal self-defense and consultation, with corresponding links to 102, the service "Qamqor.gov.kz" for online filing of applications to criminal prosecution authorities.

A similar service is implemented on the Unified Platform of Internet Resources of Government Agencies GOV.KZ.
