"Voice of the Heart": Sensitive theatre to perform on the international stage of the SCO

From August 23 to 29, the Chinese city of Tianjin is hosting the international cultural event "SCO Meeting — Voice of the Heart", organized within the framework of the Tianjin Summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

With the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a unique group from the North Kazakhstan region, the Sensitive Dance Theatre, the only ensemble of deaf dancers in Kazakhstan, will perform on the festival stage on August 27. Together with them, the choir of hearing-impaired children "Malenkiye Delfiny" will perform on the same stage.

Their joint production is more than just a creative number. It is a touching message about the strength of spirit, equal opportunities and the language of art that knows no boundaries. This is a story about how the voice of the heart can sound louder than any words, connecting cultures and people.
