The traditional August conference of education workers was held, where the priority tasks of the new academic year were discussed

The conference was attended by Vice Minister of Education Assylbek Akhmetzhanov and Akim of the region Gauez Nurmukhambetov.

🔹On behalf of the President of the country, within the framework of the national project "Renovation of 1300 Schools", 67 schools will be modernized in the region over three years.

🔸Education remains a key priority of regional policy. This year, 164 billion tenge were allocated for the development of the sector — this is 33.4% of the total budget of the region.

🔹The construction of schools, kindergartens and sports facilities is actively underway, including as part of the social responsibility of business. Investments of entrepreneurs in the education sector have already exceeded 1.5 billion tenge.

🔸Systematic work is underway to introduce digital solutions in education. The region's schools are equipped with modern equipment, and electronic learning formats are being developed, which contributes to improving the quality and accessibility of educational services.

"Five of our schools are included in the rating of the hundred best schools in the republic, four are in the TOP Olympic schools of Kazakhstan. It is especially gratifying that there are rural schools among them.

Now our common goal is to ensure that at least 10 schools in the region are included in the republican ratings. We are proud of the achievements of our children and thank the teachers for their contribution to the future of the region and the country," the head of the region noted.
