In Petropavl, the construction of a new multifunctional complex is starting

The project will be implemented with the participation of a large international company YDA Group and includes: a class 4+ hotel, a residential complex and a business center.

“I am glad that such large investors come to our region. This suggests that the potential of the region is growing, the economy is developing, and the interest in the NKR is intensifying every year,” the head of the region noted.

The new complex will become a significant element of urban infrastructure: it will ensure the creation of new jobs, the development of the service sector and will contribute to the increase in the investment and tourist attractiveness of the region.

The international company YDA Group makes a significant contribution to the development of the North Kazakhstan region. In addition to the construction of modern infrastructure facilities, the company is actively involved in the social initiatives of the region.

During the spring flood, YDA Group quickly built 20 residential buildings for injured families. Currently, the company takes part in the construction of a modern multidisciplinary hospital, and also played a key role in the implementation of the cultural and educational project-the Magzhan Center.
