Akim of the NKR with winners of Olympiads and scientific projects

Today, Akim of the North Kazakhstan region Gauez Nurmukhambetov met with winners and prize winners of school Olympiads and scientific projects — our intellectual pride. Every year, 2.5 thousand North Kazakhstan schoolchildren participate in the Olympiad movement. This indicates a high interest in science and the desire for knowledge. This year, 23 of our students became prize winners at the Republican Rural Olympiad. The regional team is among the top three in the country for the second year in a row.

"Students also show high activity in scientific project competitions. This is the result of systematic, painstaking work of children, teachers and parents. It was especially nice to see an exhibition of research projects: deep topics, practical focus — from ecology and history to medicine and space. These are no longer just school projects, but a reserve for real scientific and applied achievements," the head of the region noted. Knowledge, persistence and aspiration for development of our schoolchildren are the basis of the future strong Kazakhstan. It is no coincidence that the meeting took place in the new Center of Creative Industry - a space where all conditions have been created for revealing the potential and developing the talents of our youth.
