By the end of this year, a modern dairy farm for 400 heads of cattle is planned to be completed and launched in the village of Tashkentka, Kyzylzhar district. The project is being implemented by Krestyansky Dvor SK LLP with the support of Social entrepreneurship corporation “Soltustik” with a funding volume of 1 billion tenge.
Ayrshire cows, known for their high milk yields and high-quality milk, have been brought to the farm. Last year, the first batch of 102 heads was delivered, and a new replenishment of the herd is expected in 2025. All the necessary equipment — stall, milking, mats and a milking parlor — has already arrived at the site.
To date, 21 people work on the farm. After the completion of construction, it is planned to create another 20 new jobs. The project will feature not only milk production, but also its processing — in particular, the production of butter, which will be supplied to large cities of Kazakhstan.
The dairy farm in Tashkentka is part of a large-scale program for the development of the agricultural sector of the Kyzylzhar district. In 2025, 11 investment projects worth more than 19 billion tenge will be implemented here, creating over 200 jobs. Another 11 projects worth more than 25 billion tenge are also in preparation.
In total, there are more than 20 dairy farms in the district. Most of them are focused not only on the production of raw materials, but also on their processing and production of finished products. This will significantly strengthen the food security of the region and increase the efficiency of agriculture.
