A master class on forgotten national dishes was held in the village of Kishkenekol

A master class on "Forgotten National Dishes" was held in the village of Kishkenekol in the Ualikhanov district of the North Kazakhstan region, organized as part of the Year of Working Professions.

The event brought together students, teachers, connoisseurs of Kazakh cuisine and guests from different parts of the region. Participants had a unique opportunity to touch the rich gastronomic heritage and learn how to cook long-forgotten, but still delicious dishes, the recipes of which were carefully passed down from generation to generation.

The program included a demonstration of ancient recipes, practical classes and tasting. Participants prepared dishes with their own hands, learning the intricacies of their preparation and traditional serving. Particular attention was paid to the role of cuisine in the formation of national identity and the preservation of cultural traditions.

One of the objectives of the master class is to popularize working professions, especially cooking, among young people. Participants received not only theoretical knowledge, but also valuable practical experience, which is especially important for those who consider the profession of a cook as their future. The event ended with a heartfelt tea party, an exchange of impressions and the presentation of commemorative certificates. The main thing that the participants took with them was inspiration and a sense of belonging to the rich heritage of the Kazakh people.
