Applications for participation in the preferential mortgage program "Kyzylzhar Zhastary" are being accepted in the NKR

❗️From May 26 to June 11, applications for participation in the new social mortgage program "Kyzylzhar Zhastary" are being accepted in the North Kazakhstan region. This is the first special initiative in the history of the region to provide young professionals and young families with affordable housing.

🔹️The program is designed for 2024-2029 and is being implemented with the financial support of the local budget. Young professionals will be able to purchase housing both on the primary and secondary markets within the region.

🧑‍🔧👩‍🔧Citizens under 35 years of age working in the fields of healthcare, veterinary medicine, culture, sports, social protection, civil defense and energy will be able to take part in the program. The selection of candidates is carried out using a transparent point system, taking into account social status, marital status, the presence of children and professional experience. Program conditions:

▪️Amount up to 15 million tenge in Petropavl, up to 10 million tenge in the districts

▪️initial - 10%

▪️rate - 6% per annum;

▪️term up to 19 years

 

🏢 You can submit documents on the first floor of the Citizens' Reception Center (Konstitutsii Kazakhstana, 58A) from 9:00 to 18:30 (lunch break from 13:00 to 14:30). Days off — Saturday and Sunday.
