Summer vacations will cover 64 thousand children in the NKR

Summer vacations will soon begin — a special and memorable time for children.

"It is important that every child spends the summer usefully, safely and in a good mood. Our main task is to provide high-quality, rich and safe vacations," the head of the region Gauez Nurmukhambetov said at a meeting of the akimat.

In 2025, various forms of summer recreation and employment will cover 64 thousand children, which is 95% of all students in the region. For this, country, school, tent and yurt camps, as well as sports sections will be involved. 6 thousand teachers are involved in organizing summer leisure.

If last year 5.8 thousand children rested in country camps, then this year it is planned to increase the coverage to 6.2 thousand. The infrastructure of the camps continues to be updated: 393 million tenge has been allocated for the repair of five facilities.

424 playgrounds will open at schools, where 58 thousand schoolchildren will study. Leisure programs will cover 4 areas: labor, sports and tourism, creative and intellectual. Special attention will be paid to children from low-income and large families, orphans, special children and gifted students. All of them will be included in all types of summer health and recreation.
