Participation in an online discussion meeting

On May 20, 2021, the Veterinary Directorate took part in an online discussion meeting organized by the international animal welfare fund Brigitte Bardot.

Conference participants: Brigitte Bardot Foundation, veterinary specialists of the North Kazakhstan and West Kazakhstan regions, representatives of public associations for the protection of animals.

The topic of the videoconference is "Afghan experience in regulating the number of stray dogs."

During the meeting, Dr. Mayhew International Abdul Jalil Mohammedizaya and the head of the Bardot Foundation Brigitte Olua introduced the participants to the presentation “Regulating the number of stray dogs in Kabul”, noting the importance of this project.

During the online meeting, the participants discussed the issues of a responsible attitude towards animals, as well as what work is being done to regulate the number of stray dogs and cats in the regions.
