From July 1, 2021, the new Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan will enter into force, regulating civil proceedings, administrative procedures in state authorities, and the procedure for conducting record-keeping on appeals.

The issues of high-quality provision of public services, public procurement, and compliance with the legislation on public service also remain relevant.

In this regard, and based on the approved educational plan legal education legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan 11 Feb 2021 held a seminar-meeting under the chairmanship of the head of KSU "UPRAVLENIE VETERINARII of akimat of North Kazakhstan region" Alzhanov B. A.

The seminar covered the following issues:

study of the Administrative Procedural Code (Ashimov A. S.);

results of the analysis on internal control of the provision of public services for 2020 (Tarakanova N. E.);

about the share of local content in public procurement of veterinary stations (Gagolin V. V.) ;

about strict compliance with the uniform of a civil servant and persons equated to them (Ualieva U. Sh.). At

the end of the seminar, a number of instructions were given.
