Everything is changing in this world, but everyone needs agriculture labor. As part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the implementation of the "Rukhani Zhangyru" program, a round table "Choosing a profession — choosing the future" was held in the Municipal State Institution "Zagradovskaya Secondary School" of the Esil district.
The event was attended by industry leaders, representatives of various professions, heads of agricultural enterprises and students of graduating classes.
The work of a villager is hard and difficult, not everyone can tolerate it.
Village life, of course, is not easy-it is an ordinary working day and far from simple working conditions.Деревенская жизнь, конечно, непростая-это обычный рабочий день и далеко не простые условия труда. But everyone enjoys the fruits of the work of rural residents in our country, whether it is a resident of a large metropolis or a small city, — with these words, the video "Rural Life", prepared by the rural librarian Pisarenko Z.P., was presented to the attention of the participants of the round table.
The chief agronomist of Zagradovskoye CLR, A.P. Zhidyaev, spoke about the professions in demand today in the field of technical support of agricultural production processes: tractor driver, engineer, operator of cranes, lifts and similar equipment, as well as driver, etc. Today, modern solutions in the field of digitalization and automation are used in agriculture, which ensures an increase in labor productivity, as well as creates favorable working conditions. Professions related to physical labor, as well as professions related to mental labor, are fully automated. As a result, they will be relevant in the future.
"Agriculture is one of the most important sectors of the economy that ensures the country’s food security. The state pays great attention to the development of agriculture. The volume of subsidies is growing every year," B.T. Tulegenov, Akim of the Zagradovsky rural District, said in his speech.
Then the participants of the round table discussed an important issue -attracting young specialists to agricultural organizations. But the guests and students of the round table agreed that it is important to provide housing for young professionals in rural areas. All conditions for a comfortable life have been created in Zagradovka. New residential buildings are being built, the village has a developed infrastructure. There are cultural facilities for sports and recreation. Those wishing to find a job in their village will continue to sign targeted contracts for training in secondary specialized and higher educational institutions. Therefore, many schoolchildren associate their work path with their native village.
