Meeting with migrant workers

On June 24, 2024, as part of a project implemented by the Committee on Religious Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the support of the Department of Religious Affairs of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan Region, a meeting for migrant

workers was held at the Altyn Arman market. 

The speakers were: Smagulov Marat Amanzholuly - specialist of the Center for Problems of Religious Research in Astana, Omarov Turgan Gelmanuly – theologian of the representative office of "Akniet".

The event is aimed at strengthening the traditional spiritual and moral values of Kazakh society, forming immunity to manifestations of destructive religious ideology, preventing religious extremism, clarifying the main directions of state policy and legal responsibility for violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of religion.

During the meeting, the main requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of religion, responsibility for their violations were brought, signs of destructive religious movements were considered, and answers were given to all questions that arose during the meeting.
