Round table

On September 29, at the initiative of the Department of Religious Affairs of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan region, a round table was held with students of the Humanitarian and Technical College on the topic: "Religion in the public arena, prevention and suppression of discrimination on religious grounds." The event was opened by R.M. Shamshutdinova, Head of the Department of Coordination and Interaction with Religious Associations of the UDR of the North Kazakhstan Region. In their speech, the speakers Pervushin S.V. – Secretary of the Diocesan Administration of the Petropavlovsk and Bulayev Diocese and Uagazov A.M. - the teachers of the city mosque "Kyzylzhar" noted the importance of maintaining mutual understanding and respect between representatives of various faiths and ethnic groups, and stressed the inadmissibility of discrimination on religious and other grounds. At the end of the event, the participants exchanged views.
