According to the Register of Public Services approved by the Order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 13, 2023 No. 86/NK "On Amendments to the Order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020 No. 39/NK "On Approval of the Register of Public Services", KSU "Office of akim of the Birlik rural district of the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region" provides 5 types of services:
Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of a land plot;
Provision of a land plot from the lands of a settlement, villages (Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the boundaries of a settlement);
Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (contests, auctions);
Queuing for a land plot;
Sale of a land plot to private ownership at a time or in installments.
In 2023, 1 state service was provided through the State Corporation "Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the boundaries of a settlement" (according to Appendix 1).
Through the e-government portal, 1 public service was provided "Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (tenders, auctions) (according to Appendix 2).
There were no refusals to receive public services during the reporting period.
In addition, 408 public services were provided through self-service zones in 2023 (according to Appendix 3).
From 09.01. to 09.02.2023, public discussions were held on the report for 2022 on activities in the field of public services of the KSU "Office of the akim of the Birlik rural district of the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region". There were no suggestions or comments.
In 2023, 11 awareness–raising events were held on the provision of public services, with a total coverage of 155 people from them:
1) Information and explanatory work was carried out with public workers on the issues of obtaining public services through the E-Government portal. Explanations were given:
- How to quickly get a passport and ID card at the PSC;

2) A preventive and informative conversation was held with disadvantaged families. Temirbekova Z. Zh., a specialist in the provision of public services, explained that the bankruptcy procedure of individuals had begun in Kazakhstan. You can file for bankruptcy online through the E-salyg Azamat service, the eGov portal.kz and the eGov mobile app, as well as through self-service corners. Several families will be assisted in filing an online application for out-of-court bankruptcy.

3) Information and explanatory work was carried out with the residents of the village of Birlik on the issues of obtaining public services through the E-Government portal. Explanations were given:
- Targeted social assistance (TSA) is provided to citizens in a proactive format;
- The digital documents of the citizen have been supplemented with another necessary document.

4) On April 21, 2023, a specialist in the provision of public services, Temirbekova Z.Zh., carried out information and explanatory work with the population on the following issues:
- Kazakhstanis can issue power of attorney through egov mobile;
- Public services in the field of real estate will be unavailable to Kazakhstanis from April 26 to May 9, 2023.

5) On June 07, 2023, specialists of the akim's office of the Birlik rural district conducted information and explanatory work with residents of the village of Birlik on obtaining public services through the E-Government portal.

6) Information and explanatory work has been carried out with the population on the following issues:
On eGov.kz new services for the refund of mistakenly credited amounts have become available;
The declaration of income and property can be submitted through the eGov portal.kz and the eGov mobile app.

8) From September 15-19, 2023, a specialist of the office of the akim of the Birlik rural district, Temirbekova Z.Zh., carried out information and explanatory work with residents of the district on obtaining public services through the eGov e-government portal.kz, or via the eGov mobile mobile application. Explanations were given:
1) How to apply for a voluntary waiver of loans in the eGov mobile mobile application and on the eGov portal.kz;
2) Now on the website of the State Revenue Committee esf.gov.kz Electronic invoices can be signed by scanning eGov QR in eGov mobile.
3) From September 15 to November 15, there is a campaign for free attachment to the polyclinic.

9) From October 17 to October 24, July 27, 2023, Temirbekova Z.Zh., a specialist in the provision of public services, carried out information and explanatory work with the population on obtaining public services through the E-Government portal. Due to the fact that Internet scams have become more frequent recently, on the eGov portal.kz and in the eGov mobile mobile application, a function has appeared to apply for voluntary refusal to receive loans in order to help citizens protect themselves from a multitude of scammers who are trying to make loans illegally.

10) On November 15, 2023, at a meeting of the akim of the Birlik rural district with the population of the village of Birlik, residents were given explanations that on the eGov e-government portal.kz Kazakhstanis can apply for changes, corrections and additions to the registration records of birth, marriage and divorce.

11)Information and explanatory work among the population on the provision of public services through a self-service zone. The specialist explained that eight information correction services are available on the eGov e-government portal.kz and in the eGov Mobile app.

In order to popularize the provision of public services, an Internet conference was held on August 3, 2023 among users of the Facebook social network, at which 5 questions were asked. Detailed explanations were given to all the questions.
