for the 4th quarter of 2023
According to the Register of Public Services approved by the Order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 13, 2023 No. 86/NK "On Amendments to the Order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020 No. 39/NK "On Approval of the Register of Public Services", KSU "Office of akim of the Birlik rural district of the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region" provides 5 types of services:
Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of a land plot;
Provision of a land plot from the lands of a settlement, village;
Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (contests, auctions);
Queuing for a land plot;
Sale of a land plot to private ownership at a time or in installments.
In the 4th quarter of 2023, no public services were provided through the State Corporation (according to Appendix 1).
No public services were provided through the e-Government portal (according to Appendix 2).
There were no refusals to receive public services during the reporting period.
In addition, 263 public services were provided through self-service zones during the current period of this year (Appendix 3).
In the 4th quarter of 2023, 3 awareness–raising events were held on the provision of public services, with a total coverage of 47 people from them:
1) From October 17 to October 24, July 27, 2023, a specialist in the provision of public services, Temirbekova Z.Zh., carried out information and explanatory work with the population on obtaining public services through the E-Government portal. Due to the fact that Internet scams have become more frequent recently, on the eGov portal.kz and in the eGov mobile mobile application, a function has appeared to apply for voluntary refusal to receive loans in order to help citizens protect themselves from a multitude of scammers who are trying to make loans illegally.

2) On November 15, 2023, at a meeting of the akim of the Birlik rural district with the population of the village of Birlik, residents were given explanations that on the eGov e-government portal.kz Kazakhstanis can apply for changes, corrections and additions to the registration records of birth, marriage and divorce.

3) From December 1-12, 2023, the chief specialist of the akim's office, Temirbekova Z.Zh., carried out information and explanatory work among the population on the provision of public services through a self-service zone. The specialist explained that eight information correction services are available on the eGov e-government portal.kz and in the eGov Mobile app.

The issuance of a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion for objects of high epidemic significance is now performed as a separate service on the elicense portal.kz – 572 views.
A total of 10673 people were trained online (screenshots are attached).
To increase the number of public services provided in electronic form, on October 12-13, 2023, a specialist in the provision of public services at KSU "Office of Akim of the Birlik rural district of the Gabit Musrepov district of North Kazakhstan region" Temirbekova Z.Zh. distributed methodological and training brochures on the provision of 2 types of public services:
1) Reimbursement of the cost of home schooling for children with disabilities;
2) Approval of land management projects for the formation of land plots. A total of 525 brochures were handed over.
