The Department of State Architectural and Construction Control and Licensing of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan Region in preventive measures, as well as in order to avoid subjects falling into the orbit of administrative proceedings related to violations of the norms and requirements established by the legislation on architectural, urban planning and construction activities, has compiled an algorithm for the construction of objects in a clear and concise form.
