Today, construction of greenhouses, implemented in the agro-industrial zone "Teplichniy ray" has started in Shymkent. It was attended by city mayor Murat Aitenov, private investors and farm owners.
This agro-industrial zone is located in the area of the trade and logistics center of the Abay district. The area is 136 hectares.
The construction of greenhouses includes 2 stages. In particular, at the first stage, an industrial greenhouse complex will be built on an area of 30 hectares from 2020 to 2021.
The project, worth 9.4 billion tenge is implemented by such investors as PF "Taza Onim", LLP "AIDI Agro Trade", IE "Kolesnikov", LLP "ASM Corporation", LLP "High Yield", IP "Tatybayeva", LLP "KAZ Agro Trade", LLP "Nur Alem Agro".
At the second stage, it is planned to build an industrial greenhouse complex on an area of 60 hectares from 2022 to 2025. It will implement 20 projects. The total cost of the project is 21.0 billion tenge.
In general, it is planned to create more than 1 thousand new jobs during the implementation of all projects.
