A NEW MODERN RESIDENTIAL BLOCK WILL BE BUILT IN SHYMKENT
In Shymkent, a modern residential block will be built in the area of Tulpar lake.
The project presentation was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of RK Roman Sklyar and mayor of Shymkent Murat Aitenov.
The construction of the block with an area of 500 thousand square meters will be carried out by the domestic company "BI Group". They plan to build comfortable and business class housing using advanced technologies.
"We pay great attention to social infrastructure. The project is implemented as part of a public-private partnership. Within 6 years, a new school and a 1,500-bed clinic will be built. One of the residential buildings will have a kindergarten. It is also planned to improve the embankment of lake Tulpar", - said the head of the company Aydin Rakhimbayev.
Construction of the project with a total area of more than 30 hectares will begin in the spring of 2021. It is located in the arboretum, near the zoo and ethnopark "Kazyna".
The racetrack on Baidibek bi avenue will be moved to a new location according to the city's master plan. This company will build it at its own expense.
In addition, the construction of the facility will create more than 8,500 jobs, including 2,500 in the service sector. It is expected to actively develop the production of construction materials, rental of special equipment, sale of furniture and household appliances.
The new block with a well-developed infrastructure will become modern and environmentally friendly. For the convenience of residents and guests, it is planned to introduce new project management systems and Smart Home.
In accordance with the project, the recreation areas, sports and children's playgrounds, walking, running and cycling paths will be built here. And the first floors of residential buildings will be put into commercial premises.
