700 THOUSAND SQUARE METERS OF HOUSING WILL BE BUILT THROUGH THE JSC "SEC" SHYMKENT "
The demand for housing has increased in the city since Shymkent was given the status of a city of national significance. Taking this into account, JSC "SEC "Shymkent" plans to build about 700 thousand square meters of housing by 2024.

According to him, today the Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation has signed 6 contracts for the construction of 26 residential buildings. 21 of them will be commissioned by the end of this year.
"Construction of residential buildings is carried out under the state program "7-20-25", at the expense of credit funds of JSC "Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund" and own funds of the SEC. "The corporation will achieve about 12.8 billion tenge through the sale of apartments, of which 11.8 billion tenge will have to be repaid by JSC" Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund " under the current loan, "- said the Chairman of JSC" SEC "" Shymkent " B.
