IN SHYMKENT, MORE THAN 67 THOUSAND CITIZENS RECEIVED IDENTITY DOCUMENTS FOR SEVEN MONTHS

Since the beginning of this year, employees of the State Corporation "Government for citizens" of Shymkent city have issued identity documents for more than 67 thousand citizens. This is reported by the press service of the branch of the SC "Government for citizens" in Shymkent city.
Due to the fact that an identity card and passport are issued for 10 years, in most cases people often forget to look at the validity period of these documents.
For this reason, the Government for citizens branch reminds to regularly check the validity of passports and identity cards, planning a visit to the public service Center in advance. Specialists inform that an administrative fine will be imposed upon the expiration of the documents.
Due to the epidemiological situation in the country, the procedure for pre-booking queues for visiting Public Service Centers has been introduced.
The queue booking service is provided free of charge on the official website of the electronic government egov.kz, using the telegram bot app EgovKzBot2. 0., as well as calling the call center 1414.
To re-obtain identity documents related to the expiration, change of name, damage or loss of the document, you can contact any PSC in Kazakhstan, regardless of the place of residence and residence of a person. Persons who have reached the age of 16, that is, receiving a document for the first time, the service is provided in the PSC at the place of residence.
If you have a need to speed up the process of obtaining documents, then the registration of an identity card can be provided faster within 2 working days, not counting the day of registration of the document.
