AR-SHYMKENT PROJECT WILL BE LAUNCHED IN SHYMKENT
In Shymkent, work has begun on the implementation of the AR-shymkent virtual project.
The goal of the project is to reduce the cost of traditional advertising in the ideological, informational and educational areas by digitalizing the tourism sector, as well as to promote the role of using modern technologies in establishing feedback.
With the help of the AR-shymkent QR code, tourists will be able to get information on the history and state of historical monuments in Shymkent on their smartphones. In particular, AR-shymkent allows to view audio, video, and information in interactive form, as well as in 3D format.
According to specialists of the city's Digitalization Directorate, the project involves two virtual informators. The first is a virtual guide that will inform about the geographical location of the city, the second is a video Informator that tells about the history of the object (monument) or the biography of a person.
830 special signs with a QR code will be installed in 103 public places of the city. In particular, it is planned to be placed in cinemas, shopping centers, parks, buses, hotels and other public places.
Currently, work is underway to conclude contracts with the developer of the project.
