A NEW TEACHERS SELECTION SYSTEM - "HR-PROCESS" HAS INTRODUCED IN SHYMKENT
Shymkent city mayor M. Aitenov presented an automated information and analytical system "HR-Process" for selecting teachers .
Today 137 educational organizations for hiring teachers and employees have been registered on the site www.hr-process.kz . There are currently 78 vacancies.
The HR-Process system is designed to automate the process of submitting and processing applications for teaching vacancies, create a database of applicants and vacancies, and improve the efficiency of the selection process of teaching staff based on the use of modern information technologies.
"In accordance with the instructions of the Head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, we are carrying out a number of works on automation and digitalization of all industries in Shymkent. Thanks to this site, candidates for a teaching position can find work online. The goal and advantage of automating the selection of teachers is to comply with the principles of meritocracy and transparency in the selection of candidates," - the city mayor said.
The system is based on a competitive method. The special Commission consists of the Director of educational institutions, subject teachers, and a psychologist. An online broadcast of the competition Commission meeting is held in social networks. All results of the contest will be published on the website.
It is worth noting that this project allows the teaching staff to select the best personnel and prevent corruption.
