SHYMKENT: THE MOBILE TEAM HAS ELICITED 294 FACT OF VIOLATIONS

At the press conference, issues of compliance with quarantine requirements and prevention of offenses in the city were raised.
- The mobile group that performs special monitoring of compliance with quarantine requirements has identified 294 violations in Shymkent. In particular, restaurants, cafes, clubs, computer games and offices -78, hairdressers, massage rooms, baths, saunas, salons -19, shopping centers, markets, shops -123 and other public places (park, alley)- 74. Employees of this institution do not observe the mask regime and social distances between people at least 2 meters and the established working hours. In addition, it was established that 139 offenses were committed in the protection of public order, including 45 individuals in public places without a mask. According to Yeraly Musauliyevich, 238 protocols have been drawn up for violation of quarantine requirements in the city under article 425 of the Code of administrative violations (non-compliance with the legislation requirements in the sphere of sanitary-epidemiological welfare of population and hygienic standards), to date, fines have been imposed in the amount of 13 million 85 thousand tenge.
At the end of the briefing, the head of the Police Department called on residents of Shymkent to comply with sanitary standards and fight epidemics.
