SHYMKENT: TREATMENT RECEIVERS IN PROVISIONAL AND DAY HOSPITALS HAVE DECREASED BY 77%
This was announced by the first Deputy mayor of Shymkent Shyngys Mukan during a briefing at the information and communication center.
– Currently, the epidemiological situation in the city has stabilized. So, yesterday, 437 patients were discharged in one day. If over the past months, the call of the ambulance service has reached 2320 calls, today it has decreased by 1200 calls. This is only 100 calls compared to last year. In addition, the number of patients treated in provisional and day hospitals for infectious diseases decreased by 77%. But always keeping the situation under control is our main goal. There are system plans in this regard. Currently, there are 10 provisional hospitals with 1,420 beds and 2 infectious diseases hospitals. If the number of patients increases, we will move to option "B", – said Shyngys Zhumabekovich.
During the briefing, the first Deputy mayor of the city noted that to improve the quality of public services, it is necessary, first of all, to change the minds of those who provide services. In other words, there will be no such systemic changes, and there will be no achievements in any areas.
