SHYMKENT: INFRASTRUCTURE ISSUES ARE BEING RESOLVED IN THE 276TH BLOCK OF HOUSES
In Shymkent, the 276 block located in the Saule microdistrict was added to the city from the Sairam district. Today, there are about 700 people living here. However, the issues of roads, street lighting, and drinking water have been one of the most pressing issues until today.
Mayor of the city Murat Aitenov took individual control of the infrastructure issue of this area and gave instructions to responsible institutions to solve problems that have existed for many years. The result was not long in coming. So, the city directorate of passenger transport and highways carried out work on laying gravel on five kilometers of the road. Currently, the pedestrian part is completely paved with gravel.
In addition, in order to provide electricity to 276 block, the sponsors installed 25 poles, 2 km of wires and a transformer with a capacity of 160 kW. About 150 residential buildings are provided with high-quality electricity.
Along with this, to provide residents with quality drinking water, the sponsors excavated about 350 meters of water supply networks. The water supply network has been put into operation.
Design and estimate documentation is also being developed to fully provide the 276 block with engineering infrastructure. According to the plan, the document should be ready by the end of the year.
