Today, the information and communication center held a briefing on the epidemiological situation in the city with the participation of first Deputy mayor of Shymkent Shyngys Mukan, chief state sanitary doctor of the city Abdimanap Tolebayev and acting head of the health Directorate Timurkhan Varzilov.
The Deputy mayor spoke about plans to maintain a stable epidemiological situation in the city.
– In order to prevent the coronavirus infection prevalence, banners with the necessary information are hung in public places. The population should not forget about sanitary standards. Today, protective masks have become as much a necessity as clothing. We still have to adhere to sanitary standards, because the outbreak may recur. This is a kind of invisible struggle of everyone with the virus. At the same time, the mayor's office should create all conditions for doctors to develop an effective algorithm in the fight against this virus during the pandemic – " Sh.Mukan said.
In addition, the first Deputy mayor of the city noted that there is no separate plan in controlling CVI, but there is one state goal. "We mustn't relax, even the situation has normalized. After all, there may be a third wave of the disease. This is our reality. Epidemiology did not arise yesterday, it is a whole science. That is, if you do not warn, the epidemic can again make itself felt. World scientists are fighting for the localization of this virus. Today, scientists are testing more than 160 vaccines worldwide. Two vaccines will be tested by scientists of our country, " the speaker concluded.
