126 RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS' CONSTRUCTION ARE FUNDED BY PRIVATE INVESTORS
This year, the construction of 248 multi-storey residential buildings with a total area of more than 1 million square meters is underway in the city. 126 of them  with an area of 594 thousand square meters are funded by private investors. The investments volume is 150 billion tenge.
Among the private investors are domestic companies "BI Group", "Highvill Kazakhstan", "Otau-Stroy", "FEB Group", "Ontustik Kurylys Service", "South Company", "Modern construction products", "City-Stroy Corporation".
Investors are planning to complete the construction of 33 houses this year. The remaining 93 houses will be commissioned in 2021.
