SHYMKENT: CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSES HAS STARTED IN THE RESIDENTIAL AREA ELTAY
In the Eltay residential area, the foundation of five houses affected by the natural disaster has been laid. The construction will be carried out at the expense of its own funds by the company "Bi Group", which is one of the largest construction companies in the country. Contractor has started construction and installation works. Today, city mayor Murat Aitenov visited the village and got acquainted with the houses under construction. The head of the city expressed gratitude to the construction company.
The size of the houses, which are planned to be completed at the end of this month, is 11x11 meters, and the area is 112.36. The walls will be from aerated concrete blocks, roof from profiled flooring. Internal and external finishing works are carried out on the project.
Murat Duysenbekovich got acquainted with the flooded courtyards and streets, met with residents. He noted that residents affected by the flood will be provided with assistance from the social Fund "Shymkent - kayyrymdy kala". After completion of all construction works, the road to the main street in the residential area will be paved.
A resident of the village Batyrkhan Zhanabayev thanked for the support and asked to repair the second bridge in "Eltay", passing through the Togys river. The head of the city said that a recommendation letter will be sent to maslikhat for financing the repair of a bridge.
The mayor instructed specialists to develop a project for a bypass canals systems to prevent natural disasters.
