In order to successfully implement agricultural projects in the industrial zone, a roadmap covering two stages has been developed.
"In accordance with the roadmap, at the first stage in the agroindustrial zone, the necessary documents have been collected for the coordination of land for investors who are building 30 hectares of industrial greenhouses. In turn, the implementation of projects for the construction of a greenhouse complex by private investors is expected in the period from 2020 to 2022. And the second stage projects will be implemented until 2025, " - said the head of Directorate.
At the same time, the head of the city noted that the development of the agro-industrial zone should ensure food security of the city and reduce the import of agricultural products.
"The main goal of creating agroindustrial zones is to increase the city investment opportunities and create favorable conditions for investors in the field of agriculture. The project provides for the development of agricultural sector and transformation of agricultural sector into a driving force of economy, so it is necessary to give impetus to the appropriate organizational work", - said Murat Aitenov.
The main advantages of agro-industrial zone: free delivery of engineering and communication infrastructure to farmers, support for entrepreneurs to receive subsidies, rational organization of transportation and storage of products.
