2448 LAND PLOTS IN SHYMKENT WILL BE REVERTED TO GOVERNMENT
Today, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Shymkent mayor M. Aitenov on reverting land plots for government needs on the city area.
The head of Land relations Directorate B. Ashirbekov noted that a resolution was issued on 2448 land plots for construction arrangements of these objects.
"3.7 billion tenge has been allocated for these objects this year. The cost of the alienated land plot, as well as real estate located on the land plot is determined in the amount of market value. To date, 1 billion 458 million tenge has been spent on the revert of 152 land plots with an area of 17.3 hectares, " - said the head of Directorate.
According to him, land plots intended for the construction of residential buildings and roads, a new terminal and infectious diseases hospital, as well as the construction of 11 objects, such as schools and green zones have been fully reverted over the five months of this year.
The head of the city instructed, first of all, to revert the necessary land plots for socially significant objects.
"One of the issues leading to delay of the planned construction is the disagreement of owners with the cost of the assessed property. Therefore, when determining the cost, the owner's rights must be protected and compensated by the market price. Besides, it is necessary to correctly explain to the population about the importance of projects implemented in the city, "-said M. Aitenov.
