A hospital for infectious diseases will be put in commission in Shymkent

1.2 billion tenge was allocated from the reserve of the city mayor's office for measures on counteraction the coronavirus. This was announced by the mayor of Shymkent Murat Aitenov at an online briefing.
501 million tenge was allocated to strengthen the material and technical base of medical institutions.
A new hospital for infectious diseases with 200 beds is under construction at a cost of 5.8 billion tenge. Commissioning of the hospital is scheduled for June 1.
