About activity of the Commission on consideration of complaints of borrowers
concerning the received refusals in refinancing of mortgage housing loans/mortgage loans
in Shymkent city
As part of the state support for mortgage borrowers, the program for refinancing housing mortgage loans has been implemented since 2015 under the instruction of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy.
The program is aimed at preserving the single housing, reducing the debt burden of mortgage borrowers who received loans in the period from 2004 to 2009, as well as eliminating currency risk for borrowers who received loans in foreign currency before January 1, 2016.
