OUTLETS WILL BE PROVIDED IN SHYMKENT FOR THE RELEASE OF COMMODITY PRODUCERS' GOODS TO THE MARKET WITHOUT INTERMEDIARIES
Today, Shymkent mayor Murat Aitenov visited a number of major facilities that have made a significant contribution to the city's agricultural development, got acquainted with the work of a large agro-industrial complex and poultry farm.
During the visit to agricultural facilities, the mayor noted that in order to develop the proposal of the head of state "from the field to the stores" the entrepreneur must provide the outlets in markets and shopping centers to release the commodity producers' goods on market without intermediaries.
First of all, head of the city visited the agro-industrial complex "Baiterek agro" AIC, which is engaged in fattening livestock and producing dairy products in the Sairam settlement.

First of all, head of the city visited the agro-industrial complex "Baiterek agro" AIC, which is engaged in fattening livestock and producing dairy products in the Sairam settlement.
The total area of the complex is 300 hectares. 14 hectares of them are farmlands. There is a feedlot for 1300 head of cattle and 200 dairy cows. Today, about 10 types of meat products, such as kebabs, kazy are prepared by order. Besides, up to 4 tons of milk are taken per day, and dairy products such as kurt, curd cheese, and kefir are produced. It is also possible to slaughter 50 head of cattle per day. Today, 60 people work here, and during the shift the number of employees increases up to 200 people.
Head of the city also visited the poultry farm Shymkent Kus LLP for the production of eggs and broiler meat. Currently, 320 people work on a permanent working farm, they raise about 600 thousand heads of poultry.
The process of collecting and sorting eggs in the factory is under automated system. It is equipped with modern zootechnical and veterinary laboratories. The capacity of egg factory is 105 million eggs per year and 2000 tons of broiler meat.
