50 CASES OF CORONAVIRUS INFECTION HAVE BEEN RECORDED IN SHYMKENT

50 cases of coronavirus infection have been recorded in Shymkent (as of May 19, 2020)
According to PCR diagnostic studies results, the diagnosis of COVID-19 was clarified in 50 residents of Shymkent: 24 - from among close contacts, 5 - were hospitalized earlier with symptoms of ARVI, 21 - were identified as a result of screening. All were hospitalized in an infectious disease hospital.
Currently, the condition of patients is satisfactory. Treatment is performed in accordance with the approved protocol.
Individuals who have been in contact with patients are identified for preventive measures.
In the centers of hotbeds, the disinfection works are carried out.
As of May 19, 2020, 485 people with COVID-19 infection have been identified in Shymkent city.
